We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Subaru Express Service Advisor to join our dynamic service team. Key Responsibilities

Greet customers promptly and professionally, assessing their vehicle service needs

Explain service recommendations and provide accurate estimates of costs and timeframes

Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely completion of services

Maintain clear communication with customers regarding service progress and any additional needs

Document all customer interactions and service details accurately in the system

Upsell additional services when appropriate, based on customer needs and vehicle condition

Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional service and follow-up

Adhere to all safety and operational procedures within the service department

Skills and Qualifications

Previous experience as a Service Advisor or in a customer service role within the automotive industry preferred

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to explain technical information clearly and effectively

Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities

Valid driver's license

Professional appearance and positive attitude

Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

Requirements

Listen to customers’ and discuss needed service maintenance

Present multipoint vehicle inspection results to customers.

Verify warranty, insurance or contract coverage for service

Calculate and provide customer with an estimate of these expenses for needed servicesExplain process to clients so they understand what to expect and with their automobile service

Record information gathered from each visit in appropriate database

Draft order for repair with all information that has been gathered outlined clearly

Work with supervisors, Technicians and the rest of team to provide a positive and expedient resolution for clients.
