Shift Manager – MC’s
(Previous McDonald's Management Experience)
Shift Managers with previous McDonald's Management Experience and opening and/or closing availability: $19 / hour.
Shift Managers with previous McDonald's Management Experience and limited availability: $18 / hour.
We have flexible scheduling and work around your availability.
What We Offer

Up to $3000 tuition reimbursement per year for all Shift Leaders.

Job Description
Shift Managers lead shifts every week, ensuring customers receive a fast, accurate, and friendly experience. They provide leadership to crew and other managers, maintain quality, service, cleanliness, and safety, monitor performance, and communicate with the next Shift Manager to prepare them for the shift. They may also be responsible for meeting targets and helping their assigned departments meet goals.

Qualifications
Previous leadership experience preferred, ideally within a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment. Positive team player with a flexible schedule and passion for fast‑paced work. Must be 18 years or older.
