
Strategic Transformation Office Manager

Position Summary
The Strategic Transformation Manager supports the CTO and the TO Director on the orchestration of the Transformation program. This is a versatile role, which combines content problem solving and process management.
Key Responsibilities
Support the CTO and the TO VP to orchestrate the cross-functional performance transformation
Prepare TO meetings, Steerco meetings and any other recurring and ad hoc meetings and events
Ensure that the right people attend each meeting, and that they are prepared to take ownership of their portion of the agenda
Support Workstream teams and regional Delivery Leads on root cause analysis and problem solving
Coach Initiative Owners on quality improvement of their initiative plans
Required Qualifications
3 + years of consulting experience
Experience working in the Transformation Office of a holistic performance transformation
Experience working in an international setting / team
Desired Qualifications
Amplify-Now tool experience or similar strategic/transformation execution management tool
Ability to communicate with role of all levels
