Job Description
HII Mission Technologies is looking for a Deputy Program Manager near Ft. Gordon, GA.
The Deputy Program Manager is responsible for providing strategic leadership, program oversight, and operational management for U.S. Army or Department of Defense (DoD) programs involving advanced intelligence analysis services. This role ensures successful program execution, resource management, and stakeholder engagement while maintaining compliance with intelligence oversight, security guidelines, and program performance standards. The DPM will guide multidisciplinary teams, support mission objectives, and oversee the development and delivery of high‑quality intelligence products and services.
Essential Job Responsibilities
Provide overall program leadership, direction, and management to ensure successful execution of all contractual requirements
Oversee daily operations, personnel performance, and workflow to deliver expert intelligence analysis services
Interface effectively with senior military officials, government stakeholders, and internal leadership to communicate program status, risks, and performance
Manage budgets, timelines, resources, and quality standards to ensure program success
Ensure compliance with intelligence oversight, security protocols, and DoD policies
Support development, implementation, and refinement of program strategies, priorities, and objectives
Lead, mentor, and supervise program staff to sustain high levels of performance and mission support
Coordinate and integrate intelligence capabilities, processes, and tools to meet mission needs
Identify and mitigate risks while implementing process improvements to optimize program outcomes
Minimum Qualifications
4 years relevant progressive experience with Bachelors in related field; 2 years relevant progressive experience with Masters in related field; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 8 years relevant progressive experience.
Expert knowledge of the intelligence cycle and analytical processes that convert collection into intelligence products and database updates
Knowledge of intelligence oversight and security guidelines
Excellent communication skills to interface effectively with senior military leaders, managers, and staff
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
Certification as a Program Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent
Clearance- Must possess and maintain a TS/SCI
Preferred Requirements
Superior understanding of DoD intelligence processes, activities, standards, and analytic tools, with general knowledge of GEOINT operations
Experience planning and executing technical studies and reports for computer systems and networks
Knowledge of and experience with Irregular Warfare concepts and operations
