Fox Toyota Lexus of El Paso is looking for an experienced Automotive Service Advisor to join our busy service team. This role is ideal for an advisor who enjoys a high‑volume, process‑driven environment, working with a wide range of customers and vehicles while being part of a supportive, team‑oriented dealership.
If you have dealership service experience and are comfortable handling multiple repair orders at once while maintaining strong customer communication, we’d like to talk.
What You’ll Do
Greet service customers and manage the repair process from write‑up through delivery
Create accurate repair orders and explain service recommendations clearly
Communicate regularly with technicians and customers on repair status
Keep work moving efficiently in a fast‑paced service drive
Support CSI goals and follow Toyota/Lexus service standards and processes
What We’re Looking For
Prior Service Advisor experience required
Dealership experience strongly preferred
CDK experience is a plus
Strong organization, communication, and follow‑up skills
Ability to multitask in a high‑volume service environment
Valid driver’s license
