Role Overview
The People Strategist serves as a trusted advisor to senior executives, translating business strategy into people strategies that drive organizational performance, leadership effectiveness, and long‑term growth. This role operates as a thought partner, coach, and change leader, influencing decisions at the highest levels of the organization.

Key Responsibilities
Strategic Business Partnership

Partner with executive and senior leadership teams to design and execute people strategies aligned with business priorities.

Serve as a trusted advisor on workforce strategy, organizational health, leadership effectiveness, and talent risk.

Translate complex business challenges into integrated people solutions.

Organizational Effectiveness & Change

Lead organizational design, workforce planning, and transformation initiatives.

Advise leaders through change while maintaining strong employee experience.

Diagnose systemic issues and recommend data‑driven solutions.

Talent, Performance & Succession

Lead talent reviews, succession planning, and leadership development strategies.

Guide performance management and development planning.

Proactively identify talent gaps and retention risks.

Executive Coaching & Employee Relations

Coach senior leaders on leadership effectiveness and complex people decisions.

Provide guidance on complex employee relations matters.

Partner with Legal and HR COEs to ensure compliance and consistency.

Culture, Engagement & Inclusion

Champion company values and inclusive leadership behaviors.

Partner on engagement insights and action planning.

Embed DEI principles into people practices.

Data, Insight & Enterprise Impact

Leverage people analytics to inform decisions and measure impact.

Influence enterprise‑wide people initiatives.

Connect HR COEs to deliver cohesive solutions.

Qualifications
Required

10–15+ years of progressive HR experience.

Executive‑level HR Business Partner experience.

Strong business acumen and organizational design expertise.

Exceptional judgment and executive presence.

Deep knowledge of US employment law.

Preferred

Experience in complex or regulated environments.

Global or distributed workforce exposure.

Advanced degree and SHRM‑SCP or SPHR certification.

Salary Range
Minimum $135,000 - $171,000K commensurate on experience.
