R0006171**Job Description:**One of Fortune’s Best Places to Work, Perkins Coie, LLP, a leading international law firm, is seeking a Construction Litigation Associate Attorney in our Seattle office to support its nationally recognized construction law practice. The group’s core practice areas are counseling, dispute resolution, and contract drafting and negotiation. To be considered, candidates must have 3-5 years of construction law or equivalent experience. Successful candidates will have experience litigating all types of construction disputes, including delay and disruption claims, payment disputes such as mechanic’s lien, bond, and stop notice claims, and breach of contract claims.

Experience in preparing and negotiating construction contracts, change orders, and other construction-related agreements is beneficial, as the position will also include transactional work.

Excellent academic credentials, strong references, and superb written and oral communication skills are required. Prior AmLaw 100 and judicial clerkship experience preferred; WA Bar membership is required. To apply, please attach your cover letter, resume, writing sample, and law school transcript.
