What You Will Do

Update the Tool Engineering team’s acquisition of Special Tooling to comply with FAR.

Create and deliver training materials for the Web‑based tool acquisition application.

Integrate the tool request system across RAY, RIS, and other Raytheon tooling groups.

Develop performance metrics for tool design/fabrication operations.

Lead the transition from ZITOOL to TPRS.

This is a part‑time position (20 hours per week) and requires on‑site work at Raytheon’s Tucson, AZ facility.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and at least 10 years of relevant experience.

Experience training tooling professionals at all levels.

Experience developing performance metrics for tooling operations.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with government property requirements related to the acquisition of special tooling.

Prism ZITOOL function experience.

Previous Prism BPE experience.

Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Experience with SAP/Prism.

Basic Creo and PDM experience.

Salary Range
USD $132,400 – $251,600 (yearly).
