Primary Duties And Responsibilities
Perform inventory counts in adherence to company policy
Investigate and rectify discrepancies in reported quantities and locations of inventories
Supervise all inventory processes, staff performance, development, root cause analysis, and reporting for the assigned team
Regularly conduct cycle counts of product inventories
Oversee physical inventory for clients, including training, audits, and feedback
Lead projects and manage the completion of daily reports and feedback logs
Act as the first point of contact for safety concerns and notify client services of damaged/defective products
Coordinate and align with various departments during inventory processes
Train other employees in inventory management
Coordinate with peers and across multiple departments for additional resources, information, and equipment when needed
Establish trusted relationships with operations to ensure quality service to clients
Qualifications / Skills
7 years of experience in retail or distribution center operations, with leadership experience, emphasizing Inventory/Quality Control
Strong analytical and mathematical skills
Proficiency in administrative/clerical software, inventory management software, Microsoft applications, intermediate-advanced Excel skills, and familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems
Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
Bachelor's degree or equivalent industry experience
