Job Description
Position : Production Supervisor – Lead and direct the Production team, including hiring, training, and directing entry‑level production staff on fast‑paced shifts. Responsible for meeting daily productivity and quality requirements, managing inventory control, ensuring plant safety, training partners on company safety policies, compliance with OSHA standards and regulations, and fostering a safety culture at the location.

High School Diploma or GED; Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience preferred
Valid driver’s license

Ability to handle the physical requirements of the position, including repeated bending, stretching, twisting, and lifting
