What You Will Contribute At Worldpac

Assume day‑to‑day activities and operations of the branch in the absence of the Branch Operations Manager.

Review, understand, and follow company safety and security procedures, acting as a role model for compliance by all team members.

Support team members in training and development and enable immediate application to daily work.

Maintain a customer service‑oriented philosophy in all conduct.

Assist the Branch Operations Manager to learn all functions of Branch Management, including operations, staffing, training, performance review, expense management, and budgeting.

Use vehicles to deliver orders or pick up returned merchandise in a safe and courteous manner.

Other duties may be assigned.

What You Should Have
Education
High school/secondary school diploma or GED equivalent.

Must‑Have Skills

At least 2 years of prior leadership experience in a warehouse‑related field.

Comfortable with Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel).

Fluent reading, writing, and speaking in English.

Eligible to work in the country for which you are applying.

Available to open and close the warehouse Monday through Friday, and Saturdays as needed.

Meet all applicable state/province‑specific driver’s license requirements before driving a company vehicle.

Highly organized with the ability to prioritize effectively.

Understanding of staffing requirements and multiple department functions.

Excellent multitasking ability.

Willingness to continue to evolve and develop personal skills to meet a changing environment.

Self‑starter and motivated individual.

Ability to challenge upwards and respectfully provide pushback.

Willingness to learn new skills and gain knowledge about all aspects of Branch operations.

Understanding of P&L.

Willing to obtain powered equipment certification.

Nice‑to‑Have Skills (but Not Required)

Bilingual reading, writing, and verbal communication skills.

Physical/Work Environment Expectations

Ability to perform basic clerical and physical tasks.

Strong leadership and organizational skills.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with ability to work effectively with others.

Ability to read and write comprehensive detailed instructions, correspondence, and memos.

Proficient in basic math skills.

Can lift 50 pounds.

Detail‑oriented with strong prioritization skills.

Posted Salary Range: USD $50,500.00 – USD $65,000.00 per year.
