Description
We are seeking a highly organized and detail‑oriented contingent worker to support enterprise event and training planning and facilitation, and communications execution. This role is fully onsite and responsible for hands‑on coordination of logistics, training administration within SuccessFactors LMS, content creation and publishing, and close collaboration with Change Management and Enterprise Marketing & Communications to ensure all materials and experiences meet corporate standards.
Responsibilities
Plan and coordinate onsite meetings, workshops, and leadership events from initiation through execution.
Create and distribute calendar invites; manage attendee lists and RSVPs.
Coordinate room reservations, AV setup, catering, signage, and facilities support.
Raise and track service requests for Facilities, Catering, IT/AV, and Security.
Provide day‑of onsite support to ensure seamless execution.
Serve as training coordinator for instructor‑led, onsite training sessions.
Enter, maintain, and publish training information in SuccessFactors LMS.
Manage registration, enrollment, attendance tracking, and session updates.
Communicate training prerequisites and ensure participant readiness.
Coordinate with instructors and vendors on room setup, catering, and access needs.
Develop and format high‑quality PowerPoint and communication materials with direction from Change Management.
Publish content across Confluence, Teams, SharePoint, and SuccessFactors.
Ensure accuracy, consistency, and audience‑appropriate presentation.
Partner with Enterprise Marketing & Communications to ensure brand compliance.
Revise materials based on feedback while maintaining attention to detail.

Pay Range
$30.00 - $33.00/hr.
