Job Profile
This position is responsible for assisting with creating and communicating the Health, Safety & Environmental (HSE), Quality and ISO programs for the Concord facility. The goal of this position is to ensure the company operates within the Local, State & Federal requirements for all HSE regulations and to also ensure the highest quality product is being delivered to internal and external customers in accordance with company policies and documentation control programs.
Job Responsibilities and Tasks
Work closely with leaders to implement and maintain a written HSE, Quality and ISO Program
Assist with implementing HSE Program to assure high level of workplace safety
Evaluate procedures and policies to identify risks
Coordinate online training for employees. Schedule training sessions for employees and maintain records/proof of training for each employee
Participate in incident investigations by preparing report, talking to witnesses, and taking photos
Assist at local site(s) with environmental processes regarding waste management, water management (permits/treatments) and spill contingency planning.
Conduct internal safety, quality and ISO audits as required

Interface with ISO regulatory personnel to facilitate audits.
Maintain records regarding HSE, Quality and ISO
Knowledge of emergency response situations
Qualification Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in a technical field. A high school diploma (or equivalent).
Experience: 3+ years experience within a manufacturing environment. Preferred: 5+ years within a manufacturing environment. OSHA Training, experience with HSE, Quality and ISO.
Ability to work independently as well as in group settings.
Able to prioritize, multi‑task and problem solve
Must possess time management, communication (both written and oral) skills
Excellent attention to detail and organization skills
Ability to communicate with all levels of management, employees, customers and regulatory agencies
Understanding of Local, State and Federal statutes and ability to interface with these agencies.
In‑Depth understanding of quality control procedures
Ability to produce concise and accurate reports and/or presentation materials
Proficiency using standard business software such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Working knowledge of ISO as well as safety regulations and policies.
