BCBA
to provide high-quality, in-home ABA therapy for children and support for their families. You’ll oversee the full therapy process, from assessment and treatment planning to staff supervision and parent collaboration.

Qualifications for Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA):
Active
BCBA Certification
Proficient with various assessment methods
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Excellent interpersonal and management abilities
Passion for working with children and families
Key Responsibilities of Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA):
Conduct initial and ongoing assessments using standardized tools
Develop comprehensive ABA Treatment Plans
Supervise and train Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
Review session notes and provide constructive feedback
Conduct parent training sessions and quarterly team meetings
Collaborate with educators and related service providers as necessary
