Position Summary
The Benefits Analyst provides professional‑level support for BayCare’s benefit programs, including health and welfare benefits, retirement, and wellness. This role supports team members by answering benefit questions, responding to email inquiries, and assisting with phone support during high‑volume periods such as Open Enrollment. The role also helps coordinate benefits events and supports enrollment and assistance programs.

Key Responsibilities

Support health, retirement, and wellness benefit programs

Respond to team member benefit questions via phone and email

Provide phone support during high‑volume periods and Open Enrollment

Assist with coordinating benefits fairs and events

Support Open Enrollment activities and emergency assistance programs

Perform other duties as assigned

Education & Experience

Bachelor’s degree and 3 years of experience in benefits, retirement, or wellness OR

High School Diploma / GED and 5 years of experience in benefits, retirement, or wellness

Schedule: Full Time | 8:00am–5:00pm | Hybrid
