Position Overview
Zwicker is presently seeking an
Office Manager
to join our team. We are looking for a candidate with exemplary leadership, communication, organizational, and litigation skills. The ideal candidate will be a dynamic leader, a successful motivator, and a manager of processes who demonstrates critical thinking and problem‑solving abilities. The role requires a highly motivated, detail‑oriented self‑starter driven to perform.
Compensation
Base salary: $65,000 per year, plus applicable bonus.
Responsibilities
Train, comply with, and enforce firm policies, procedures, and expectations
Implement and manage workflow processes within the framework identified by Z&A executive management staff to efficiently achieve all goals and responsibilities
Analyze and process reports to ensure proper workflow is being adhered to pursuant to the expectations of clients and Zwicker & Associates
Supervise, lead, and mentor support staff to ensure accuracy and high production levels
Utilize collection software to properly update and document the status of each account in the assigned inventory
Draft basic pleadings and forms
Communicate effectively and appropriately with team members, other internal departments, outside vendors, opposing counsel, pro se parties, and judicial assistants
Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
Minimum of three years of experience in office management, administration, or a related role
Legal experience in a high‑volume environment (preferred)
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Administration, or a related field is preferred
Strong interpersonal skills to lead and develop a department and a team
Strong organizational and time‑management skills with the ability to multitask to complete a wide variety of tasks
Strong written and verbal communication skills
High level of professionalism with a strong commitment to ethics and compliance standards
Leadership ability to manage challenges and oversee employees
Proficient computer skills, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
Ability to communicate in a common language with individuals or groups verbally and/or in writing
Ability to operate a computer, phone, or equivalent device
Ability to complete a minimum of a 40‑hour flexible workweek schedule
Ability to read and comprehend position‑specific documents and correspondence
Physical Qualifications
Ability to lift five pounds or greater
Ability to sit 90% of the workday at times
Ability to bend at the waist and be mobile when needed
Ability to concentrate and use critical thinking
