Logistics Coordinator – Rahway, NJ (Onsite | 4-Month Contract)
Pay Rate:
$20/hr
We’re hiring a detail-oriented professional to support lab operations in a fast-paced research environment. This role focuses on
tracking, coordinating, and maintaining lab instruments and assets
across sites.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain accurate data records for instrument delivery, installation, and tracking
Partner with internal teams to ensure proper asset tagging and documentation
Coordinate movement, transfer, and removal of lab equipment
Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and operational standards
Must-Have:
Lab experience (REQUIRED)
Associate’s degree OR High School Diploma + 2+ years in a lab setting
Nice to Have:
SAP experience + strong Microsoft Office skills
Data tracking/reporting or analytics experience
Project coordination or project management exposure
General knowledge of lab instruments
Research lab setting with potential exposure to chemicals and lab materials
Physically active role (lifting, moving equipment, bending/reaching)
Fast-paced with high attention to detail required
Ideal Candidate:
Reliable, organized, and comfortable working hands-on in a lab environment with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
