
Shop Foreman – Equipment Rental

C&E Rentals is growing and looking for an experienced Lead Mechanic to step into a Shop Foreman role at the heart of our operation. This is a working foreman position where you will turn wrenches, solve problems, and keep the fleet running strong while guiding and supporting our shop team.

What You’ll Do
Diagnose and repair electrical, hydraulic, gas, and diesel issues on a wide variety of construction equipment.
Perform regular maintenance and inspections to keep our rental fleet in top shape.
Train and support other mechanics in the shop.
Help demonstrate equipment to customers and answer technical questions.
Maintain accurate service records and follow safety protocols.
Basic computer skills.
What We’re Looking For
Three to five years of hands on mechanical experience with construction equipment is a big plus.
Strong understanding of engines, hydraulics, and electrical systems.
Ability to read schematics and provide your own tools.
A natural team leader with solid communication and customer service skills.
Valid driver's license and high school diploma or equivalent.
