
Senior Process Improvement Specialist

Role and Responsibilities
Identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, rework loops, and failure points across estimating, engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning
Lead root cause analyses and implement corrective/preventative process improvements
Design and implement scalable processes across diverse teams to support company growth and portfolio expansion
Develop standardized workflows, playbooks, templates, and SOPs to improve consistency across projects
Maintain documentation library, including managing document revisions, identifying documentation gaps, and prioritizing SOP updates and releases based on need
Develop training materials and conduct process training sessions
Skills and Experience
Minimum of 3‑5 years of work experience in process engineering or business operations
Demonstrated success implementing scalable process improvements
Bachelor’s degree or higher in an engineering, business operations, or similar field
Excellent general computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite required
Strong business process or value stream mapping capabilities
Familiarity with project management or construction management platforms (e.g., Procore, Salesforce, Primavera P6)
Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
Self‑starter who is comfortable working independently, working well under pressure, and working with people in a variety of roles
Travel: up to 25 %

Salary Ranges:
$87,800.00 – $126,200.00
