We are hiring a Manufacturing Operations Coordinator to manage the administrative and digital backbone of our fabrication shop. This high‑speed, high‑accuracy position is for someone who thrives in a manufacturing environment, lives in software, and has strong opinions about how workflows should run.
Responsibilities
Run administrative processes and digital systems that support all fabrication shop functions.
Own the lifecycle of digital tools and data flows—from intake through delivery.
Identify, flag, and propose fixes for manual, slow, or error‑prone processes.
Act as an operator-level coordinator, not a basic administrative assistant.
Compensation
$24 – $32 hourly DOE (approximately $50,000 – $66,500 per year).
