Sigma Defense is seeking a
Program Manager
to lead the execution of a large, complex support‑services program within the Surface Radars, Electronic Warfare, EO/IR, Decoys, and Laser Systems portfolio for our Department of War customer.
This role is responsible for full lifecycle program management, including cost, schedule, performance, subcontractor oversight, risk management, and customer engagement. The Program Manager serves as the primary interface with government stakeholders, ensuring all contractual requirements are met and that technical, operational, and financial performance aligns with program objectives.
This is a contingent position that is pending award of contract. The position is subject to the successful awarding of a contract and will be confirmed once the contract is finalized. The selected candidate will be offered the position on the condition that the contract is awarded to our organization.

Requirements
Must be a U.S. citizen and possess one of the following:
A high school degree, a GED, or 20 years of relevant program management experience.
A bachelor's degree and 15 years of relevant program management experience.
A master's degree and 10 years of relevant program management experience.
Desired Qualifications
Program management experience managing a large support services contract with multiple subcontractors.
Experience with ACAT‑I major weapons systems and ACAT II through IV programs.
Demonstrated knowledge of Navy/DoW policy and guidance.
Demonstrated knowledge with cost, schedule and performance as it relates to program execution.
Supervisory and personnel management skills.
Communication and briefing skills.
Experience with financial management.
Proficiency with Foreign Military Sales (FMS).
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
Personnel Clearance Level
Candidate must possess or have the ability to obtain an active Secret security clearance.
Clearance may be sponsored for the right candidate.
Salary Range: $168,000 – $225,000 annually.
