Position Summary
Our Washington, D.C. Occupier Services brokerage team is looking for a Client Services Coordinator to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. The ideal candidate is highly motivated, exceptionally organized, and able to balance day-to-day coordination with the production of polished marketing deliverables in line with Avison Young's branding standards.
We are looking for someone who takes ownership of their work, communicates well, and finds satisfaction in keeping a high-performing team running smoothly.
The Marketing Coordinator will work closely with brokers, the regional marketing team, and designers to support client engagements and business development efforts. The right candidate brings strong research and organizational skills, a collaborative mindset, and a genuine interest in contributing to our clients' real estate goals.
Responsibilities
Support a team of brokers across day-to-day marketing, transaction, and administrative activities, including calendar management, meeting scheduling and coordination, and expense tracking
Manage project initiation, prioritization, and deadlines in line with client-driven priorities
Develop and produce marketing materials including eblasts, flyers, tour books, market surveys, presentations, pitch and RFP responses; collaborate with the regional design team on projects requiring higher degree of customization and branding
Conduct market and company research to support client strategies, confirm property availability, and coordinate tours
Serve as a central point of contact, coordinating communication between brokers, internal teams, and external stakeholders
Manage contracts, documents, and client reporting, including proposal packages and letters of intent
Maintain CRM and deal tracking tools, including pipeline progress and transaction activity on behalf of brokers
Submit transaction forms to initiate invoicing and ensure accurate billing
Support web listings, e-blasts, and social media to promote the team and listings
Coordinate broker events, including invitations and RSVP management
Maintain brand consistency in line with corporate standards
Perform other duties as required
Qualifications
Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects
Excellent communication, writing, grammar, and interpersonal skills
Exceptional organizational, problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and commitment to accuracy
Ability to meet deadlines, prioritize tasks, and perform well under pressure
Strong familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel etc.) and working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator).
Proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with a willingness to take initiative
2+ years of CRE experience or corporate environment is preferred
