Responsible for leading, planning, organizing, and directing all daily production/warehouse related activities.
Responsibilities
Provide feedback on employee work performance.
Prepares reports and updates for upper management.
Ability to investigate problems and strategize for better solutions.
Ensures team members understand all warehouse operations and safety regulations.
Assist team members with warehouse procedures that account for product flow and inventory management.
Provides leadership and motivation to attain high levels of team member achievement.
Essential Skills
Bachelor’s degree preferred, not required.
2 to 3 years related experience or equivalent.
Prior experience in automotive.
Good time-management skills.
Demonstrated proficiency in leading teams.
Communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Skills
Understand and respond to a diverse population.
Self-motivated and an efficient problem solver.
Relevant training/certification in production or any related field.
