
Temp- Inventory Manager, Operations -RCM Supply Chain

Position Description
Regeneron's RCM Supply Chain department, located in Cambridge, MA, is looking for an energetic Temp, Inventory Manager. In this exciting role, the core responsibility is to properly ensure the storage and movement of all cold‑chain material that supports our programs, which includes patient cells. You will oversee the lifecycle of products, including receiving, storage, and distribution, to ensure optimal stock levels and accuracy. You will manage supply and demand to prevent overstocking and stockouts, track inventory, and coordinate with suppliers to optimize supply‑chain logistics and reduce costs.
Inventory Manager Operations – R46349
Roles Responsibilities
Execute purchasing for key components, technical materials and long‑lead items
Validate stock levels using record software tools such as Oracle and Veeva
Receive and inspect incoming and outgoing shipments
Maintain the storage of material in a constant audit‑ready state
Foster dependable supplier relationships to ensure effective resolution of delivery issues
Develop and implement strategies for reducing operational, storage, and distribution costs
Create and manage inventory documentation, such as SOPs, WIs, and material specifications
Coordinate routine cycle counts
Identify and report on supply‑chain changes such as lead times and inventory availability
Other related tasks as needed
Skills
Excellent communication skills for collaborating with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams
Ability to adapt to dynamic environments and prioritize tasks effectively
Experience in administrative management and process improvement
Detail‑oriented mindset with a focus on accuracy and efficiency
Enjoy working within a team and collaborating with colleagues
Education & Experience
BS with 0‑3 years of relevant experience; proven experience in purchasing coordination, inventory management, or a related field
Knowledge of Cell and Gene Therapy a plus
Proficiency in ERP systems (Oracle) and Quality Management Systems; CPIM a plus
Strong organizational and multitasking skills to handle data entry and inventory tracking
