Key Responsibilities

Vendor and team communication, including data entry, coordinating with suppliers, and resolving inquiries from cross‑functional teams.

Ensure that all billing associated with the inventory supply chain is accurate, validated, and ready for processing.

Assemble, address, stamp, and arrange for the shipment of merchandise and materials.

Assist in daily scheduling of deliveries and pick‑ups to and from production locations.

Keep precise records of all commodities going in and out of the company.

Travel with personal vehicle within the regional work area.

Successfully complete the 12‑month Work Based Learning Program training curriculum, including all required safety certifications, technical competencies, and performance milestones.

The Logistics Specialist reviews Data Center inventory, inbound shipments, and ongoing demand to ensure that proper stock levels are maintained to support build and repair activities. Working with the Logistics Manager, you will create plans to optimize the flow of parts through their lifecycle, tracking inventory location, movement, age, and returns.

You will work closely with Data Center Operations Technicians and Data Center Engineers to fulfill parts quickly and accurately. You will also work with Procurement and Hardware Engineering to purchase new parts and interface directly with vendors to process RMAs and receive replacements. Regular and ongoing communication with vendors to resolve issues and help them understand our business requirements is essential.

In addition, Logistics Specialists are required to understand all aspects of production, adhere to strict safety standards, maintain very high quality, and be willing and able to work on powered equipment (i.e., forklift or cherry picker). Candidates will work in a warehouse or data center environment depending on the region.

All candidates should be willing to work both independently and with a team. Work prioritization, organization skills, effective communication, and the ability to react quickly are critical to being successful.

You will be required to work shift work that will include days
ights and may be required to work weekends/holidays. Traveling within the regional work area is required. You will be responsible for having a reliable personal vehicle and a valid driver’s license to travel within the regional work area, as company transportation will not be provided.

Physical Requirements

Regularly lift and/or move up to 40 pounds; and participate in group lifts for 41+ pounds.

Ability to work in a 24/7 environment with primary responder rotation and after‑hours support as needed.

Work in cramped, elevated, or noisy environments.

Bend, lift, stretch, reach, stand, and walk for up to 8+ hours a day.

Ascend and descend ladders, stairs, and gangways safely and without limitation.

Tolerate working in non‑climate‑controlled environments with fluctuating temperatures.

Basic Qualifications

High school or equivalent diploma.

18 years of age or older.

Willingness to participate in shift rotations to support 24/7 data center operations.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications.

Knowledge of computer hardware components and operating systems.

STEM classes or vocational course curriculum education.
