Regan Capital is an SEC-Registered Investment Advisor, with a successful track record spanning nearly 15 years managing fixed income, credit, and structured finance strategies for its institutional and retail client base. Regan is continuing to expand its team located in Dallas, TX. We’re seeking a recent graduate to join our Internal Wholesaler team.
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Dallas, TX, for an Internal Wholesaler. The role involves supporting and expanding the firm’s sales by establishing strong relationships with financial advisors, institutional investors, and high-net-worth clients. Primary responsibilities include engaging in client outreach efforts, collaborating with external wholesalers, providing updates on investment offerings, preparing sales materials, monitoring performance data, and analyzing market trends to develop effective business strategies. This position plays a critical role in promoting Regan Capital's investment products and solutions.
Responsibilities
Partner with external wholesalers to develop, maintain, and expand relationships to drive sales.
Develop new business through research and high-quality, proactive interactions with Financial Advisors.
Develop a strategy for targeting prospective clients for each of the funds/ products that the Firm distributes through its sales channels.
Have an impactful, repeatable pitch prepared for the Firm and each product.
Utilize Salesforce to document all activities and assign leads to external wholesalers.
Utilize databases such as Prequin, Discovery, and Dakota to generate leads for the external wholesaling team.
Prepare and deliver product presentations to both internal and external audiences.
Ability to create a daily plan and execute it accordingly, recording results and demonstrating a methodical approach to sales coverage.
Responsible for scheduling follow-up meetings for external wholesalers and meeting weekly targets.
Consistently following up with leads and prospects to advance the sales process and deepen advisor relationships.
Drive attendance to various external wholesaler meetings, conferences, webinars, and Firm events.
Qualifications
The position is permanently based in Dallas, TX.
Bachelor’s degree (B. A.) from a four-year college or university.
Experience using Salesforce would be advantageous.
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, primarily PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook.
Excellent presentation and communication (verbal and written) skills.
Willingness to travel if necessary.
Excellent social skills and ability to influence others, collaborate with different areas of the Firm.
Experience with utilizing social media to drive sales.
