Overview
Working at the core of a fast-paced, high-volume environment, the Operations Lead plays a key role in keeping the store running efficiently and effectively behind the scenes, while supporting the team on the floor. This role is responsible for executing operational processes, maintaining inventory accuracy, and supporting the flow of product from back-of-house to the sales floor. You’ll partner closely with the Assistant Store Director – Operations to ensure the store is organized, well-run, and ready to support the customer experience at all times.
What You’ll Do
Support the Store Operations
Own the execution of core operational processes, including shipment, replenishment, inventory, and stockroom organization
Ensure all back-of-house functions are completed accurately, efficiently, and on time
Maintain strong operational routines that support overall store performance
Keep operational areas clean, organized, and easy to navigate
Drive Sales Through Operational Excellence
Support scheduling execution, task management, and daily priorities
Support daily priorities, task management, and ensure the store is operationally set up for success each day
Identify and communicate opportunities to improve efficiency and workflow
Help maintain a consistent and structured operating rhythm so the team can focus on the customer experience
Own Inventory & Product Flow
Oversee shipment processing and ensure product is moved to the floor quickly and accurately
Maintain stockroom standards, ensuring organization and accessibility at all times
Support inventory accuracy through cycle counts and routine checks
Partner with Brand Experience team to ensure product is placed correctly on the sales floor
Support Compliance & Loss Prevention
Uphold all safety, security, and operational policies
Support loss prevention efforts through awareness and consistent execution
Ensure all operational procedures are followed consistently
Support Total Store Success
Act as a visible, hands-on leader-on-duty on the sales floor
Support the team in delivering a seamless, engaging customer experience
Provide real-time feedback and guidance to maintain strong execution standards
Partner with Brand Experience and People & Culture teams to ensure alignment
Train and coach team members on operational standards and processes
Reinforce consistency in execution through clear communication and feedback
Support the development of future operational talent within the store
Lead opening and closing execution– Ensure all opening and closing procedures are executed flawlessly, including team readiness, operational checks, store security, and setting the tone for daily success.
Who You Are
1+ years of store operations or retail supervisor experience
Highly organized and detail-oriented
Strong executor who is reliable and follows through
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
Proactive, solutions-oriented, and able to spot inefficiencies
Strong communicator and team collaborator
Comfortable with physical tasks (stock handling, lifting, back-of-house work)
Tech-savvy and confident using retail systems and operational tools
Flexible and ready to work nights, weekends, and holidays
