We are partnered with a well-known multifamily general contractor with projects spanning across Indianapolis. They have a very collaborative culture with an open-door type of leadership. They value training and development with clear career path advancement. They are looking for an Assistant Project Manager to join their team on some exciting multifamily and assisted living projects they have coming up in 2026 and beyond.

Description

Assist the project manager on all construction-related tasks

Manage change orders, purchase orders, and permits

Help create project schedules and coordinate subcontractors

Plan timeline for earthwork, concrete, electrical, etc.

Communicate with city inspectors

Assist with monthly budgets

Review drawings and specs

Profile

Bachelors degree in construction management or similar is required

3+ years of experience in the construction space as an APM or Project Engineer

Proficiency in Procore, MS Project, or Bluebeam

Ability to multi-task and willingness to learn

Experience working with a general contractor preferred

No multifamily experience required but is a HUGE plus
