
Footwear Production Coordinator

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive
Footwear Production Coordinator
to support end-to-end production processes. This role will work cross‑functionally with design, development, and sourcing teams to ensure timely, cost‑effective, and high‑quality footwear production. The ideal candidate has 5–7 years of experience, with a strong preference for candidates from the shoe/footwear industry.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and manage the production calendar from development through bulk production
Act as a liaison between factories, vendors, and internal teams
Track and follow up on sample development, approvals, and production milestones
Ensure on‑time delivery while maintaining quality and cost targets
Monitor production status and proactively address delays or issues
Review and manage purchase orders, tech packs, and BOMs (Bill of Materials)
Collaborate with sourcing teams on materials, costing, and vendor performance
Support quality control processes and ensure compliance with standards
Maintain accurate production records, reports, and systems
Qualifications
5–7 years of experience in production coordination, preferably within the footwear or fashion industry
Strong understanding of footwear construction, materials, and manufacturing processes (preferred)
Experience working with overseas factories and vendors
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Strong communication and cross‑functional collaboration abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PLM systems (preferred)
Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment
Preferred Skills
Footwear industry experience strongly preferred
Familiarity with global supply chains and logistics
Problem‑solving mindset with attention to detail
