
Program Manager

North South Consulting Group, LLC (NSCG) is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Program Manager to provide strategic oversight and leadership for all contract operations supporting the Army G-3 mission. This role is responsible for ensuring overall program performance, maintaining strong Government relationships, and driving successful execution across all functional areas.
The Program Manager operates at both strategic and operational levels, ensuring alignment with contract requirements, responsiveness to Government needs, and consistent delivery of high-quality support services.
This position is contingent upon contract award.
Responsibilities
Oversee overall contract performance, ensuring compliance with all requirements and standards
Serve as the primary interface with Government leadership, including the Contracting Officer (KO) and Contracting Officer’s Representative (COR)
Provide leadership and direction to on-site personnel and functional teams
Conduct regular site visits to assess team performance and operational effectiveness
Meet with Government stakeholders at least quarterly to review program status
Respond to Government requests and be available to arrive on-site within required timeframes
Identify risks, address performance issues, and implement corrective actions as needed
Ensure effective communication and coordination across all stakeholders
Monitor program execution, staffing, and deliverables to ensure mission success
Required Qualifications
Active Secret Clearance
Demonstrated experience managing complex programs or contracts, preferably in a government or military environment
Strong leadership and organizational management skills
Proven ability to manage multiple functional areas and teams simultaneously
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
Ability to analyze performance, identify issues, and implement solutions effectively
Experience conducting program reviews, site assessments, and performance evaluations
Must be available Monday–Friday during standard business hours
Must be able to arrive on-site within an hour when requested
Ability to conduct quarterly on-site program reviews and meetings
Preferred Qualifications
Familiarity with MCoE, TRADOC, or installation-level operations
Experience working with Contracting Officers (KO) and CORs in a federal contracting environment
Knowledge of Quality Assurance Surveillance Plans (QASP) and performance metrics
Experience overseeing multi-disciplinary teams supporting operations, planning, and training functions
Experience with SharePoint, Army systems, or enterprise reporting tools
Degree in Business, Management, or related field
