Hello School Psychs! Come work with a woman and therapist run company doing what you love! Ampersand Therapy is hiring a School Psychologist for the 2026-2027 school year in the Portland, OR area. We’re seeking passionate and collaborative professionals who are excited to make a meaningful impact in the school-based setting.

What You'll Do
Provide school psychology services in the school setting
Conduct assessments and write comprehensive evaluation reports
Develop and implement IEP goals and therapy plans
Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with school teams
Partner with teachers and families to support carryover of skills
Maintain timely documentation, progress notes, and compliance records
Monitor student progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
What We're Looking For
Master’s Degree in School Psychology
Active Oregon School Psychology License
Experience in school-based or pediatric settings preferred but not required
