Job Details
Salary: $18 - $19 per hour
Hours: 1st shift 6am-3:30pm
Days: Monday-Friday
The Quality Inspector Helper is responsible for providing constant support to the penetrant department. They will work under direct observation of a Level II or Level III inspector.
Job Requirements
Process parts with care and attention to detail to support quality and inspection requirements.
Perform routine preparation and handling steps according to established procedures and work instructions.
Work closely with supervisors and inspection personnel, following direction and supporting daily operations as needed.
Communicate quality concerns or process issues to management in a timely manner.
Maintain reliable attendance, punctuality, and adherence to workplace standards.
Assist with post‑process cleaning, handling, and preparation of parts.
Support packaging and staging of completed work for next operations or shipment.
Qualifications
Previous experience in manufacturing, quality control, or inspection environments.
Ability to maintain positive attitude in fast paced and demanding work environment.
Basic understanding of technical written instructions.
