As a Food & Beverage Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the daily operations of our diverse and high-energy dining outlets. Responsibilities
Lead and motivate a team of servers, bartenders, and support staff to ensure a high standard of service
Oversee the day-to-day operations of food and beverage outlets, including restaurants, bars, and lounges
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
Qualifications
Minimum of two years of experience in a supervisory role in the food and beverage industry
Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations, including inventory control and cost management
Exceptional customer service and communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
Familiarity with casino operations is a plus
