About the Opportunity
We are hiring two IT Project Managers to support a high volume infrastructure portfolio tied to ambulatory site acquisitions, site rollouts, and day two support work across the NY metro area. If you like moving fast, owning your schedule, and seeing tangible results at the end of every project, this role will keep you engaged.

This is an infrastructure role, not an applications role. You will coordinate hardware, network, telecom, and low voltage communications workstreams from survey through go live.

What You Will Do

Build and maintain project plans, schedules, and resource roadmaps using standard PMI PMBOK methodology

Define required roles, tasks, dependencies, and funding limitations in partnership with senior PMs

Conduct and support site surveys, then coordinate cabling, desktop, network, and telecom deployment teams

Produce clear weekly status reports and adjust schedules as scope and priorities shift

Support cutover weekends and day one and day two activities for newly onboarded sites

Document closeouts and lessons learned at the end of each engagement

Align reporting and terminology with executive PMO standards and governance

What You Bring

2 or more years of hands on IT project management experience

Working knowledge of MS Project, CA Clarity, or a comparable PPM tool. ATP, JIRA, or similar accepted

Strong writing and verbal communication skills. You can brief an executive and lead a vendor call the same afternoon

Ability to take direction, then operate independently once oriented

Comfort managing multiple sites, stakeholders, and deadlines at onceReliable personal vehicle for site travel

Nice to Have

Healthcare industry project experience including EMRs, site rollouts, acquisitions, and related certificates

Exposure to executive PMO reporting, governance, and terminology

Familiarity with IT facilities management work across telecom, LVC, and network infrastructure

Residence in the northern part of the NY metro footprint such as Westchester, Bronx, or nearby

Schedule and Travel

Travel: 30 to 40 percent of the role, sometimes daily, depending on project phase

Onsite requirement: Thursdays in Melville or New Hyde Park

Flexibility required for weekend cutovers and altered shifts during surveys or go lives

Travel between sites is reimbursed per company policy. Standard commute to the weekly office meeting is not reimbursed

Engagement Terms

W2 only. We are not able to work on corp to corp or C2C arrangements.
