Job Description
Negotiate and develop contracts associated with clinical trials, ensure contracts comply with regulations and manage the lifecycle of contracts. Draft and manage Healthcare Provider (HCP) service agreements using standardized templates and internal systems
Education and Experience
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in related field
2-4 years of experience required
Top Priorities for Success
Healthcare experience, particularly working with HCPs (physicians, hospitals, or clinical environments)
Strong written communication skills, especially drafting clear and professional emails to external stakeholders
High attention to detail when handling contract language and documentation
Ability to collaborate effectively across Legal, Compliance, Finance, and business teams
Prepare and process HCP contracts using pre-approved templates
Manage contracts through internal approval workflows ensuring compliance and completeness
Coordinate with stakeholders to resolve data gaps and move contracts to execution
Maintain accurate contract records and lifecycle tracking
Must-Have Qualifications
Strong reading comprehension of legal or contractual language
Ability to interpret contract terms at a high level without requiring negotiation responsibilities
Background in contract administration, legal support, or similar work preferred
Ability to manage high-volume, detail-oriented workflows
