Overview
Client Data Solution Lead helps Key Groupe Clients (KGCs) unlock business and marketing value through Connected Identity solutions that are the foundation for client transformation and growth. The successful candidate will act as a trusted advisor to senior client partners, co‑ordinating experts across Publicis Groupe and Epsilon to connect client strategy to data, technology, and ways of working to generate growth. They will work hand‑in‑hand with Global Client Leads (GCLs) to lead multi‑capability Power of One teams to design, sell‑in, and deliver tailored identity‑led solutions that support real business outcomes. The role also supports future Publicis Groupe growth by identifying new opportunities built on Connected Identity. This is a Publicis Groupe mission‑critical role as it is key to driving our ambition to be our client’s transformation partner. In this executive role you will jointly report to the Global CEO of Epsilon and Groupe Chief Client Officer.
Responsibilities
Client Strategy & Value Creation
Partner with GCLs to position Connected Identity as a core enabler of client growth and transformation.
Translate client business and marketing goals into a clear Connected Identity solution and roadmap with defined value creation success measures.
Act as a trusted advisor to senior client partners, guiding them through identity‑led change and cultivating strong relationships with client leaders.
Solution Design & Delivery
Own the Connected Identity client roadmap, from design through delivery and adoption to business outcomes.
Bring together the right experts to deliver the solution in partnership with client teams.
Ensure solutions align with client data environments and support insight, activation and measurement.
Support consistent, high‑quality delivery by defining clear ways of working across teams.
Create strong relationships with Publicis Groupe agency leaders to ensure strategic alignment and successful operationalization, with ‘no dropped balls’.
Adoption, Change & Governance
Define and lead change and adoption plans, including upskilling, transition, and new ways of working.
Help clients understand data usage, privacy, and governance considerations related to identity solutions.
Monitor solution performance over time and find opportunities to improve adoption and impact.
New Commercial Models & Growth Opportunities
Work with finance and client leadership to build and tailor cases and commercial models.
Identify and shape future growth opportunities built on Connected Identity, including advanced analytics, AI‑enabled use cases, and new marketing capabilities.
Share standard methodologies and learning across clients to help scale Connected Identity across the Groupe.
Qualifications
18+ years experience in connecting data & identity solutions to marketing/enterprise tech platforms, with substantial senior‑level roles within marketing and advertising holding companies, ideally with deep intersection with media capabilities.
Demonstrated capability in leading and innovating within data analytics and marketing and advertising technology sectors, creating tailored solutions which have generated exceptional client business outcomes.
Proven track record in consulting and solution architecture development with the ability to frame solutions within the client’s business context, in a clear, practical and client‑friendly way that adapts to different senior and executive partners across marketing and technology.
Subject Matter expertise – including audience, strategy, media strategy, AdTech, MarTech, audience data, ecommerce, influencer/creator, enterprise technology, retail media and CRM.
Strong commercial foresight – breadth of experience building cases and tailoring commercial models to support client and holding company growth.
Powerful collaboration skills with the ability to lead through influence and collaborate across multiple partners, experts and regions within the client and across agencies and partners.
Exceptional at client engagement and building and sustaining trusted relationships.
Comprehensive understanding of media, marketing and advertising landscapes, with practical cross‑functional expertise in relevant domains.
Deep understanding of data privacy, consent, and responsible data use in a marketing context.
Location
We are looking for candidates who are either US or UK based.

Compensation
Compensation Range: $189,000 - $370,000 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. This role may also be eligible for bonus or incentive compensation. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may also be eligible for participation in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third‑party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401(k), and paid time off.
