Jungle Studio Fitness is a premium boutique fitness brand growing across Dallas, Fort Worth, and Temple — with continued expansion ahead. We’re building a high-performance team, and our Studio Managers are at the center of that growth.
We’re looking for a driven, hands‑on leader who can take full ownership of a studio — leading the team, driving performance, and delivering an exceptional member experience every day.
About the Role

This is a highly visible, in‑studio leadership role. As Studio Manager, you are responsible for the overall performance, operations, and culture of your location. You’ll lead from the front — balancing business strategy, team development, and daily execution.
You will own the success of your studio across key metrics like utilization, conversion, retention, and team performance, while maintaining Jungle’s premium standards.
What You’ll Do

Own day‑to‑day operations and overall performance of your studio
Drive key KPIs including utilization, intro conversion, retention, and retail sales
Analyze weekly performance and implement action plans to improve results
Optimize class schedules based on demand and instructor performance
Recruit, hire, onboard, and develop Front Desk team members
Set clear expectations and hold team accountable to performance and service standards
Coach team members through feedback, performance management, and development
Oversee instructor performance, class quality, and schedule effectiveness
Ensure a consistently elevated, high‑touch member experience
Address member concerns quickly and proactively to protect retention
Maintain a strong leadership presence in‑studio during peak hours
Oversee daily operations including scheduling, staffing, retail, and facilities
Manage budgets, payroll, and operational expenses
Ensure compliance with SOPs, systems (Mariana Tek, NetGym), and brand standards
Maintain studio cleanliness, organization, and overall presentation
Build relationships within the local community and support growth initiatives
Provide weekly reporting and insights on studio performance
What We’re Looking For

Leadership experience in fitness, hospitality, or retail environments
Proven ability to manage performance, hit KPIs, and drive business results
Strong people leadership skills — you’ve coached and held teams accountable
Hands‑on, in‑the‑business leader who thrives on the studio floor
Highly organized with strong operational execution
Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, evolving environment
Strong communication skills with both team members and leadership
Experience with Mindbody, Mariana Tek, or similar platforms is a plus
Availability for early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
