Overview
Champion Window - Warehouse / Production Specialist
Champion Window is looking for a Warehouse / Production Specialist. This person will be responsible for material and inventory management in our sunroom installation and service departments. As the Warehouse / Production Specialist, you will ensure the warehouse is maintained to the highest standards, both in cleanliness and safety.
Responsibilities
Inventory Management
Staging materials for installations both in warehouse and on jobsite
Pre-cut and notch sunroom materials
Deliver materials to job sites as needed
Order entry for materials
Assist in Sunroom installs and services as needed
Pick up permits for projects as needed
Assist and supervise the loading of the job to ensure all materials and tools needed are available before leaving the shop
Receive new product from Champion’s factory, scan materials, and place into inventory
Enforce company policies in regards to the warehouse, maintaining a clean and safe environment
Maintain appearance of area outside of warehouse
Assist installation manager in any way that contributes to meeting company standards and achieving department goals
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED equivalent
Experience with material and inventory management
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Excellent computer skills, including MS Office Suite
Valid driver’s license required
Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and make decisions
