Business Development Manager
What You Will Be Doing
Responsible for developing, managing, and creating the relationship between the organization and suppliers, customers and/or vendors within their business group’s specific technologies by establishing and cultivating relationships with key individuals at target companies. Assists with the development and execution of strategy and business development.
Responsible for implementing business development initiatives.
Provides market intelligence; evaluates, develops, and manages market specific sales strategies and new strategic business opportunities.
Ensures execution to sales growth plans. Drives results through demand identification and demand creation opportunities.
What We Are Looking For
Requires specialized depth and/or breadth of expertise
Interprets internal or external business issues and recommends solutions/best practices
Solves complex problems; takes a broad perspective to identify solutions
Works independently, with guidance in only the most complex situations
Identifies applications of functional knowledge and existing methodologies to complex problems
Serves as an expert within own function
Experience with Oracle and Salesforce preferred
Sales experience required; industry experience strongly preferred
This position is a 70/30 split; the compensation posted is an OTE number that includes commission
Typically requires a minimum of 12 years of related experience with a 4 year degree; or 8 years and an advanced degree; or equivalent related experience. EE preferred
Travel 30%-40% U.S. and Canada
This role will perform work covered by International Traffic in Arms Regulations. Viable candidates for this position must be eligible for an export license or be a U.S. Person (which includes but is not limited to U.S. citizens or nationals, lawful permanent residents, refugees, and asylees).
Work Arrangement: If located in Denver, candidate will follow a hybrid schedule of 3 days in our office (Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays) and 2 days per week from home. If located elsewhere, candidate will be remote but must be able to travel to an Arrow office location as requested by Arrow leadership.

Annual Hiring Range/Hourly Rate: $115,800.00 - $195,800.00. Actual compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level. The pay ratio between base pay and target incentive (if applicable) will be finalized at offer.
Location: US-CO-Denver, Colorado (Panorama Arrow Building). Remote work employees may be required to be present at the closest designated Arrow office for work-related purposes, at the Company’s request and sole discretion.
