Your New Role
As a
Residential Electric Service Technician , in Rocky Mount, VA, you’ll be the trusted expert in our customers' homes, diagnosing, pricing, and completing repairs and replacements for their electrical systems. Your day will include:
Troubleshooting, repairing, and replacing residential electrical systems and components.
Communicating clearly and professionally with customers about their electrical needs.
Performing routine inspections and preventative maintenance.
Maintaining a clean and professional appearance, including your work vehicle.
Ensuring all work meets safety and regulatory standards.
Accurately completing paperwork and job documentation.
Hiring Expectations
Journeyman Electrician License (preferred)
Minimum 2 years of experience as a residential electrical technician
Strong troubleshooting, diagnostic, and repair skills
Excellent customer service and communication abilities
Ability to operate power tools and electrical testing equipment
A clean driving record and the ability to pass a background check and drug test
High school diploma or equivalent
