Overview
Registered Nurse (RN) opportunity at North Park Nursing Center. Full-Time Day and Night Shift for Skilled Nursing and Memory Care. 12 hour shifts with a $4 shift differential for 6p-6a. As a Registered Nurse, you will have the opportunity to develop meaningful relationships by learning about the life stories of our residents and staff. Each day, our nurses utilize their nursing skills to promote the physical and psychosocial well-being of the residents, leading to a rewarding sense of fulfillment and satisfaction.
Responsibilities
Provide direct patient care as a Registered Nurse for residents in skilled nursing and memory care settings.
Assess resident conditions, document changes, and communicate with the care team to coordinate comprehensive care.
Promote physical and psychosocial well-being through clinical nursing interventions and compassionate care.
Support a respectful and positive work environment through interpersonal communication and collaboration with the care team.
Qualifications
Current and valid Registered Nurse license in the state of Indiana.
Proficient medication management skills.
Ability to conduct thorough assessments and accurately document changes in resident conditions.
Strong passion for geriatric nursing and commitment to senior care excellence.
