Pay Range
$20 – $23 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.
Your Responsibilities
As a member of the FUCHS Smart Services team, you will care for and maintain our clients’ industrial fluids, including coolants, wash, and other fluids. Your day‑to‑day duties include:
Operating and performing routine preventive maintenance on lubrication and fluid decantation systems, including filter changes and system cleanings.
Inputting data daily and generating performance reports.
Handling materials, operating lift trucks, and moving drums and totes.
Making fluid corrections as needed based on testing results in the absence of the site leader.
Following procedures and adhering to all customer and safety requirements.
Participating in daily communication meetings with the site supervisor and communicating effectively.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent (required).
Ability to stand and walk for approximately 4‑8 hours daily.
Previous experience in a manufacturing environment related to lubricants and/or laboratory testing (preferred).
Basic computer knowledge and ability to navigate the internet and email.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
Previous forklift experience is desired.
