
Dental Patient Coordinator

Canton Smile Studio is a modern, state-of-the-art, woman-owned dental office known for our warm, welcoming atmosphere and high level of patient care. We are looking for a full-time Patient Coordinator / Front Office Concierge to be the first point of contact for our patients and help create an exceptional experience from start to finish.
This role is perfect for someone with strong administrative skills who is eager to learn and grow in the dental field. Dental experience is a plus—but not required. We are willing to train the right person.

Key Responsibilities
Welcome and check in patients, creating a positive first impression
Answer phones and assist patients with scheduling and questions
Manage and optimize hygiene and doctor schedules
Verify insurance benefits and assist with basic coverage questions
Collect co-pays and process payments
Support front office administrative tasks and daily operations
Help maintain a smooth, efficient, and friendly office environment
Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of administrative experience required (Dental experience preferred but not required we will train the right candidate)
Experience with customer service and patient interaction required
Dental assisting experience is a plus, but not required
Schedule
Full-time (32–40 hours per week) 5 days per week No weekends
Compensation & Benefits
Competitive pay (based on experience)
