Manpower is excited to partner with Acushnet Company to recruit motivated Machine Operators who are ready to grow in a fast‑paced, high‑performing production environment. This is a temp‑to‑hire opportunity, giving you a pathway to long‑term employment with a global industry leader.
Schedule
Enjoy a Flexible Weekday Schedule + Consistent Weekend Hours. This role is ideal for someone who loves a predictable weekly structure, with the flexibility to accommodate life’s demands.
You will work:
Two 12‑hour weekend days or nights: Friday & Saturday nights OR Saturday & Sunday days
You also work one or two additional 8‑hour weeknight shifts of your choice!
Weekend A
Friday: 11pm - 11am - $20.08/hr
Saturday: 11pm - 11am - $40.16/hr (DOUBLE TIME)
Plus one or two additional 8‑hour weeknight shifts of your choice!
Weekend B
Saturday: 11am - 11pm - $20.08/hr
Sunday: 11am - 11pm - $40.16/hr (DOUBLE TIME)
Plus one or two additional 8‑hour weeknight shifts of your choice!
Training
Before joining the weekend crew, all associates complete a structured training period:
Monday–Friday, for several weeks
1st, 2nd, or 3rd shift, depending on availability
After training, you’ll transition into your weekend schedule.
Key Responsibilities
Operate production machinery safely and efficiently
Perform quality checks and material handling
Maintain accuracy and consistency in all tasks
Meet production targets and operational timelines
Follow all safety procedures and standard work instructions
Qualifications
Reliable transportation to and from the facility
Minimum 6 months of mechanical or machine operation experience
Ability to read, write, and follow written instructions in English
Willingness to work overtime as needed
