Responsibilities
As an Installer I, you are responsible for reading and interpreting the proper installation specifications for various construction projects.

In addition, you will:
Learn how to identify and request parts necessary to establish low and high‑level racking, transmission racking, power racking, aisle lighting, and grounding provision
Learn how to sew or stitch cabling
Learn how to read floor plan drawings, bill of materials (BOM), installation notes, and memos to reflect additions and modifications to customers’ location (central office) because of installation or engineering activities
Learn how to read and interpret installation specifications
Qualifications

You have a track record of completing work with a high level of quality
You have a knack for figuring out hard problems and enjoy a hands‑on approach to your work
You are looking for long‑term projects
You enjoy getting your hands dirty with your team
You have entry‑level or 1 year of technical experience
You have a High School diploma or equivalent GED
You respond promptly to customer needs, and request customer feedback to improve the partnership
You are computer‑literate
Must be trainable and coachable
You have the ability to learn customer specifications and standards
You have excellent communication skills; speak clearly and persuasively in positive or negative situations; listen and get clarification; demonstrate group presentation skills
You have the ability to learn time management while working on customer sites
You possess dependability; follow instructions, respond to management’s directions; keep commitments
Experience in handling power tools
Must be able to lift a minimum of 10 lbs
