Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) – Full Time
Tuscan Gardens of Venetia Bay, a beautiful senior living community located in Venice, Florida, is seeking compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our residents while working in a welcoming and supportive environment. We are hiring for all shifts, with a rotation that includes weekends, to ensure comprehensive care coverage.
Key Responsibilities
Provide direct personal care to residents, including assistance with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility.
Monitor and document residents’ health status and report any changes to nursing staff.
Assist with medication reminders and ensure residents’ safety and comfort.
Support residents in engaging in social and recreational activities.
Maintain a clean, safe, and respectful environment in accordance with facility policies and regulations.
Collaborate with team members to deliver high-quality resident care.
Skills And Qualifications
Valid CNA certification in the state of Florida.
Prior experience in a senior care or healthcare setting preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Compassionate, patient, and respectful attitude towards residents.
Ability to work effectively in a team and handle multiple responsibilities.
Flexibility to work all shifts, including weekends, with a rotation schedule.
