7am–3pm Full Time/Part Time
3pm–11pm Full Time/Part Time
11pm–7am Part Time
Weekend availability & rotating weekends
Compensation & Benefits
Rate up to $39.00 per hour based on experience & shift
Shift differentials, evening and night shift options

Qualifications for Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN)
LPN license
Compassionate, patient‑focused, committed to high‑quality care
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to maintain accurate records and handle sensitive information confidentially
Minimum 6 months long‑term care experience
Responsibilities
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
Monitor and document residents’ health conditions, including vital signs, symptoms, and responses to treatments
Assist in development and implementation of individualized care plans
Provide nursing care for residents, including wound care, catheter care, and assistance with daily living activities
Collaborate with physicians, RNs, and other healthcare team members to ensure coordinated and comprehensive care
Educate residents and their families about health management and procedures
Ensure that all care is delivered in accordance with regulatory and facility guidelines
Respond to emergencies and provide critical care when necessary
Assist with training and supervising nursing assistants (CNA)
