Responsibilities
The role involves independent assessment of conditions in the ED, rapid coordination of multidisciplinary care, and ongoing patient-focused care to achieve positive outcomes. Staff are expected to contribute to a collaborative, professional environment and uphold high standards of patient care.
Qualifications
Preferred Criteria
At least one year of experience in an acute care hospital setting
Required Criteria
Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN)
Current New York State RN license
BLS, ACLS and PALS certifications from the American Heart Association
Excellent communication and customer service skills
