Responsibilities
Provide nursing care to ensure resident needs are met in accordance with standards of practice, physician orders, facility policies, and state, federal, and local guidelines.
Administer medications and treatments with precision and compassion
Collaborate with RNs, CNAs, and interdisciplinary teams
Support residents’ physical, emotional, and psychological well‑being
Assist with resident comfort and routine care
Collect samples and monitor catheters; provide wound care
Maintain confidentiality of resident patient information; follow all policies and procedures, adhering to federal, state, and local requirements
Record and monitor vital signs (heart rate, blood pressure, temperature, respiration)
Maintain patient medical charts and histories
Help coach staff as necessary
Requirements
Current LPN license in Virginia
CPR/BLS certification (or willing to obtain)
Previous LTC or SNF experience preferred, new grads welcome
Positive attitude, reliability, and strong clinical judgment
Salary / Wage Range
