Salary Range:

$45,000 – $87,000.

Your Role
CNC Machinist II are highly skilled professionals responsible for advanced machining operations, mentoring others, and contributing to technical problem‑solving and continuous improvement initiatives. This role requires leadership, deep technical expertise, and a commitment to operational excellence.

You will

Expertly operate and troubleshoot HMC, mill‑turn, grinder, and balancer machines across various part families.

Serve as a subject matter expert in safety, quality, and SOP compliance.

Proactively identify, diagnose, and resolve complex machining or process issues.

Champion 6S workplace practices and promote continuous improvement initiatives.

Lead root‑cause analysis in collaboration with engineers and team leaders when technical issues arise.

Recommend process optimizations and support pilot runs or new setups as needed.

Mentor and train junior machinists, supporting skill development and team knowledge transfer.

To Succeed, You Will Need

3+ years of CNC machining experience with demonstrated technical leadership.

Proficiency in blueprint reading, GD&T, and CNC programming basics.

Ability to perform advanced troubleshooting, setups, and precision adjustments.

Strong communication skills and experience in cross‑functional collaboration.

Production by SOP.

6S & Safety Activities.

Tool change overs.

CMM inspection (DATA Analysis, Tool adjustment).

Other Environmental Factors: Exposed to hazardous equipment, contaminants, noise, or minor injury risks daily (43–62% of the time); wears protective equipment (e.g., glasses, hearing protection) every day (94% of the time).
